Matt joined Anchor Properties Inc. in April of 2016 as a Development Project Manager.  In this role Matt will be involved in all aspects of development and will participate in preliminary site and budget planning.  Matt will also be responsible for managing the preparation of architectural/engineering documentation for government approval and permits.  Matt has several years of project management experience and will use this expertise in order to ensure that projects get done on time and on budget.  Matt is a former Director at CR architecture + design and has 10 years of architectural experience.  Matt graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
