Nate joined Anchor Properties Inc. in 2002.  As Project Manager, Nate is involved in all development aspects of our projects once a new development site has been identified.  He participates in preliminary site planning and construction budget preparation necessary to obtain our client’s approval.  Nate plays a role in acquisition due diligence.  He is responsible for managing the preparation of engineering/architectural plans and obtaining governmental approvals and permits.  He monitors construction costs and progress to assure that projects are completed on time and on budget.  Nate has 15 years engineering and construction experience.  He graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering.
