Rick has assisted Anchor Properties Inc. for 25 years providing feasibility plans for new and in-fill developments.  Rick has in excess of 39 years of experience with professional consulting firms and as a private practioner.  Rick is a graduate from the University of Kentucky and maintains his Landscape Architect Licensure.
