Steve co-founded Anchor Properties Inc. with Doug Hynden in 1987 after working for several years for another regional commercial real estate development company. He started his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, working as an Industrial Real Estate Specialist. Steve is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where he attended on a basesball scholarship. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Kentucky and Ohio.
