Tom has in excess of 16 years experience in the real estate development business and is a Certified Public Accountant. Tom is a graduate of Marietta College. |

| Mike is responsible for the management of all development projects including acquisition due diligence, site planning, building development, municipal approvals, contractor selections and delivery of product. Mike has in excess of 25 years of commercial development and land planning experience and has a Bachelors Degree in Urban Planning and Design from the University of Cincinnati. |

| Bryan is responsible for all legal issues for the company and assists the team on a myriad of development, financial and due diligence issues. Bryan is a former partner of Frost Brown Todd, LLC, Anchor’s lead counsel, where he spent over 11 years specializing in real estate development and real estate finance law. Bryan received his law degree from Northwestern University. |

Matt has an extensive real estate development and finance background, having worked for over 13 years for several prominent national commercial real estate firms. Matt has his MBA from the University of Cincinnati and has earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |

Greg is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s College of Business Administration and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and hold real estate sales licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina and Ohio. |
